Sword collecting is something which quite a few people do. Collecting things is a popular hobby for many people but swords can be very interesting too. This is because they can have quite a history and if you can find out why they were made, who for and when they were made it can be very interesting indeed. There are of course many different types as all countries have made their own versions so you can find a lovely Katana Swords from Japan or something more crude and practical from the UK. People obviously have different tastes and budgets so what they collect will also be determined by this as well.
